The Childbearing Years

Through all ages and stages, movement is integral to whole body health. In no stage is this more apparent than in childbearing. From pre-conception through to post-partum, movement has a place.

Where To Begin?

At the outset, integrating movement into your life as a pregnant or birthing person can seem daunting. Is it safe? What should I avoid? How should it feel? Well, the great news is that with a bit of guidance and support, movement can be a source of wellness, empowerment, and joy.
 

Your Body Is Amazing

Growing a human is wild. It is a wonderful, challenging, and wholly transformative rite of passage that demands an incredible amount of stamina and strength. Don't worry though, your body was made for this. 

 

If you learn to carry your body better, the body you’re carrying will also be carried better.
