Of course! Granted, this only works if our sessions are taking place in some place other than a fitness center. If this is the case however, then bringing your kids along is not a problem. I'm a parent - I totally get it. It can be really tough (and an added expense) to arrange childcare in order to take time to do something awesome for yourself. Besides, kids who witness their grown-up being active are more likely to be active themselves. So, active and healthy mama = active and healthy family. It's a win-win!
I don't. One of the greatest advantages to working with a Personal Trainer is having someone right there with you on every step of your movement journey. Part of what you are paying good money for is an experienced fitness professional who is regularly assessing your form, body language, level of exertion, and vitals (heart rate, blood pressure) in order to maximize the effectiveness of your workouts. As a trainer, I do this best in person.
